COVID-19 Risk Waiver and Health Declaration

As part of NADAC Australia's COVID safe plan all persons (officials, exhibitors, volunteers, family members or friends) attending the trial site of a NADAC Sanctioned agility trial in Australia must complete a risk waiver and health declaration for every NADAC sanctioned event they attend.

COVID-19 Assumption of Risk Waiver and Health Declaration

All persons attending the site of a NADAC Sanctioned agility trial in Australia must complete this two-part form. The first part is the COVID-19 Assumption of Risk Waiver and the second part is the Health Declaration. The name and number you supply on this form will be used on trial days that you attend to automatically check you in with NADAC Australia's Victorian Government QR Code which is critical to contact tracing during COVID outbreaks.

    NADAC Trials are private and restricted to members. Spectators are not permitted as part of COVID safety precautions. If you indicate that you are a carer/support person you will be contacted to verify the details. Based on the information provided you may or may not be approved to attend.
    The Host Group is listed on the premium for the trial. It is important you select the correct host group so you form will be matched against the correct trial.

I was introduced to NADAC agility, approximately 9 years ago.  I was extremely happy and excited to join with my dog Harvie.  Many things appealed to us. The opportunity to run your dog at a lower jump height. Harvie struggled with the regulation height at other codes. The lower height enabled us to keep playing agility. Only one ring running at any time. This was less stressful for me as a handler, not needing to be in multiple places at once and brilliant when you are running a second dog. Multiple types of courses, ie tunnelers, hoopers etc, are so much fun for everyone. I admire the NADAC philosophy, which makes allowances for veteran dogs and handlers. Most importantly, safety for all is the number one priority of NADAC. On a personal note, the Nadac community is very inclusive and supportive. I highly recommend Nadac to anyone who wants to have fun with their dogs, keep fit and join a great group of people.
