Application to Become a NADAC Approved Judge:

To submit an application to become a NADAC Approved Judge, please download and print the application form.  Fill out all sections and post it to Australian Division - NADAC 12 Wellman Street, Box Hill South, Victoria, Australia 3128.

Application to Become a NADAC Sanctioned Host Club:

To submit an application for your club to become a NADAC Sanctioned Host Club, please download and print the application form.  Fill out all sections and post it to Australian Division -NADAC, 12 Wellman Street, Box Hill South, Victoria, Australia 3128.  Please ensure that all appropriate paperwork and the application fee of $25.00 AUD is enclosed with your application.

Trial Application Form:

NADAC Sanctioned Host Clubs wishing to apply to host a NADAC Trial should download and print the application form.  Fill out all sections and post it to Australian Division -NADAC, 12 Wellman Street, Box Hill South, Victoria, Australia 3128.  Please check the NADAC Trial Calendar for availability of suitable dates.

Application to Register your dog (s) using the online registration process:

 

If you wish to register  your dog to be able to compete in NADAC trials please follow the process outlined below to get a valid registration number for your dog. Once you receive your number (which happens immediately when you "submit" the correctly completed on line form), you will have 30 days to submit your registration fee. You can use your number immediately....but if payment is not received within 30 days the number will be cancelled.  Registration lasts for the lifetime of the dog....it is a once off fee.

Below is the process to register a DOG

  1. go to www.nadac.com

  2. click on the link to the page called "Dogs"

  3. click on online registration under the Dog registration form

  4. Fill out all the fields-:

  • make sure you use the correct format when entering your dogs date of birth  month/day/year

  • make sure you convert your dogs height from millimetres to inches ( mm multiplied by 0.03937 = inches)

  • enter your State in the same field as your suburb (ie the city field)

  •  under State...scroll down the selections and select N/A

  • Under country highlight the USA and change it to Australia

  • in the postcode section add a zero in front of you postcode

  1. In the field called Associate Number please write the word " Australia ".  This is very important as it will help NADAC to identify that you are an Australian .

  2. Click submit

  3. You will get a NADAC number straight away.  This will be your dog’s number for the lifetime of your dog....print it out and save it for your records. You will need it for entering trials, for communicating with NADAC, for accessing Title Certificates.

  4. You will have 30 days to submit your registration fee.  You can use your number immediately....but if payment is not received within 30 days the number will be cancelled. 

       Registration lasts for the lifetime of the dog....it is a once off fee.

You send your dog’s registration fee of $15.00 (AUD) to NADAC (Australian Division) c/o 12 Wellman Street Box Hill South, Victoria 3128. Make sure you include your name, address, the dog’s name and NADAC number with your payment

Your cheque should be made payable to NADAC (Australian Division).

Application to Register your dog(s) by Australia post mail:

 

If you wish to register your dog via Australia post mail to be able to compete in NADAC trials please follow the process outlined below to get a valid registration number for your dog. Download the following form (NADACdog registration form for Australia.doc) and fill out all fields on the form.  

Post your completed form and payment of $15.00 (AUD) to NADAC (Australian Division) c/o 12 Wellman Street Box Hill South, Victoria 3128.  Please include a stamped self addressed envelope so that your dog’s number can be sent to you via return post.  Once you receive your number you can start entering trials (NB: Should you require an immediate number for your dog and do not wish to wait for a number to arrive via Australia Post then you should use the online registration facility provided)
